We begin our exercise programs with the foundations of Muscle Activation Techniques.  By creating stability and eliminating compensation, we can ideally and systematically train for endurance, strength, power, weight loss, and hypertrophy gains.  This allows faster progress no matter your goal.  Some of the tools we apply after we create stability with Muscle Activation Techniques are strategic resistance training, core training, speed and agility, intermittent hypoxia training, and flexibility training.
